腰痛や坐骨神経痛があります。坐骨丸を使用しても大丈夫でしょうか？
坐骨丸は医療器具ではありません。姿勢を正すことで良い効果が出ることはあっても、体の不調を治療するものではありません。治療中であれば使用にあたって医療従事者の意見を仰いでください。また、治療を受けてない場合でも使用中に痛みや違和感があった場合はすぐに使用を中止してください。
注文から出荷まではどれぐらいかかりますか？
受注生産のため２週間ほどお時間をいただいております。お急ぎの場合はご連絡をいただければ対応できることもあります。

返品や交換は可能でしょうか？
商品に不備がある場合を除き、返品・交換は対応しておりません。

ZAKOTSUMARU is not a medical device. While it may produce beneficial effects by correcting posture, it is not intended to treat physical ailments. If you are currently undergoing treatment, please consult a healthcare professional before use. Even if you are not receiving treatment, discontinue use immediately if you experience pain or discomfort during use.
How long does it take from order to shipment?
As this is a made-to-order item, please allow approximately two weeks for production. If you require it sooner, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate your request.
How should I choose my ZAKOTSUMARU?
Measure the size of your sitting bones and the distance between them to help you choose the right size. The appropriate size may also vary depending on the environment and purpose of use. For more details, please see “How to Choose a ZAKOTSUMARU”
Are returns or exchanges possible?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
